RESERVATIONS, BOOKINGS and PAYMENTS -
To reserve a room or rooms please email or phone
01547 540 532. We do require a non-returnable deposit of £60 per room. On
receipt of your deposit your reservation will become a confirmed booking.
Lower Buckton does not accept credit cards but is very happy to accept
cash, personal cheques, sterling travellers' cheques and Euros.
Alternatively, please ask for bank details for making direct transfers if
more convenient. Alas! You cannot pay by doing the washing-up because
Henry so loves it!
In any event of a cancellation we reserve the right to charge the total
cost of the stay if we are subsequently unable to re-let the room/s. In
the event of failure to take up accommodation, or premature departure, a
full cancellation charge will be made of the expected bill. We strongly
advise the use of an Insurance Scheme so that you are protected from any
charges we have to make. Please ask for an Insurance form if required
Dog Policy
Dogs are welcome on site but not in the house - they may sleep in a
straw-bedded stable or the owners' vehicles. However, there is either
an excellent, newly opened, luxury kennels just down the lane or an
exceedingly accommodating friend who takes in 'holiday dogs' to her
own home just up the lane. Please ask for details and prices. We would
not want your doggy-friends to miss out on the wonderful walks in
every direction from our door! |
